What if I need to cancel a 1-1 meeting?

I will do my very best to help you and your business, and follow through with my promises and commitments to you. Integrity is one of my key business values. I ask the same in return- for the sake of common courtesy please reach out at least 24 hours before a meeting if you would like to cancel, as I too am running multiple businesses.

What if I need to cancel the 12-month subscription?

To cancel the 12 month subscriptions you will need to pay 1/2 the remaining debits/ contract amount at the time you cancel.

What’s the source of these systems and processes?

As much as I would love to think I invented business, these systems are the culmination of the training, books, Master degrees, coaching and experience I’ve received in the past 10 years! I use them every day and would never espouse a system I don’t use myself. I always try to simplify subject matter, whilst leaders in most industries will do the opposite to justify their existence. Simple systems work, complex systems fail.

Why don’t I just do it myself? (ROI)

Understandable thinking, many business people pride themselves on doing everything themselves! Realistically it’s impossible to master every business element. Instead an experienced business person will consider the ROI (Return on Investment). Is the time/ energy/ cost going to be beneficial for my business and I? Will 30 minutes of my time, or £100, help drive my business? Business Coaching is an extremely small percentage of your time, turnover, and expenses (typically less than 1% of turnover). It can have an enormous ROI via increased sales, yields, leads, time efficiencies, culture, decision making, convenience and supporting your mental and emotional wellbeing. I covered the ongoing cost of my business coach with one single additional sale a month (I was averaging over 150 monthly sales at the time).

All conversations are strictly between us and follow the relevant privacy laws. I’ve had thousands of customers, clients and members in my business career. I will keep a record of your challenges and progress for the sake of keeping us accountable. I will share this information at your request.
